I received mine in the mail. (yea!! They wont be coming after us for the difference, and I don't have to count it as income!) (no BK)

I have a question about box 2. It shows the outstanding balance as what we owed when they sold the house at auction.

We owed 208, it sold for 165 at auction. Should box 2 reflect the difference??
