Foreclosure in Missouri

Anyone going or gone thru a foreclosure in Missouri? Id be interested in hearing your experiences.

I stopped paying my first mortgage May 2010 and my HELOC April 2010. My bank is BOA and the only thing that has happened so far is that I had default insurance on my HELOC and so BOA was paid off by United Insurance and now they are the lien holder for that account. Other than that nothing has happened and I'm quite shocked it's taking this long (I'm in Missouri too). I'm in an active ch13 and they need to get the automatic stay lifted from the court first before communicating with me and my mortgage was one of those that BOA bought from Countrywide so I'm thinking that they're having some problems with proof of ownership with all the electronic signatures during that turnover between the two of them. Anyway, I'm still in the house saving money for when we do have to move (I plan on moving right around auction time...whenever that will be). What is your experience so far?
