Going thru divorce in which home will be deeded over to wifey who has already gone throu BK. We have 2 mortgages that are currently behind. The first is $10k behind while the second has no real payment made since March 2009. I have questions about both. The primary mortgage lists payments as applied funds. What does that mean? Also the second has entries listed as fee assessed and then usually a fee paid for the same amount. Also a couple of "receipts" listed on the second. What is she up to?

I read your posting 3 times and cannot figure out exactly what you are looking for and your posting is a bit confusing without more information. Also, if one mortgage is 10K behind and the other one has gone almost two years without payment, whatever you are seeing on any account paperwork is probably done by the bank and not your wife as the property isn't even deeded over to her yet (pursuant to your posting)._________________________________________

Why don't you call the mortgage company and ask them? Since you're getting statements, I assume you must both be on the mortgage (and, you do know, right, that deeding the house to her doesn't absolve you of responsibility for the mortgage, right?)
I don't understand why you wouldn't just call the mortgage co. and ask them what these entries mean. I seriously doubt she's 'up to' anything, I can't fathom what you think she would accomplish by ...what...paying fees?? You aren't making sense.
