Can someone explain... I checked the docket and it shows nothing yet Except that My home was . is listed in foreclosure ( Les Pendas). Went chapter 7 included home in bankruptcy, had our 341 meeting on Oct 20th,2010. The same day right after 341 meeting the bank severed us a summons. Then two days later received a letter from court that the bank wanted the stay lifted, court approved. Now what? When will the motion of summary appear on docket? how much time do I have? very confused. Suntrust is or was our bank two days after the stay was lifted we received a letter from Suntrust that our mortgage was assigned or sold to Nationstar Mortgage. I asked my lawyer and she said not to worry. but I am cause I need to know about how long we can stay in home. I need to save up money.
