Statement of intention

On our house.. looking throught our schedules we checked

Property will be surrendered or retained (we picked retained)

If retaining the property, I inted to Reaffirm the debt.

But we did not sign any aff. papers with BOA. We were discharged and have not paid since April.

This was our intention, but with another job loss, didn't turn out so well.
As long as we didn't sign re-affirms with BOA we are ok right??

If you didn't sign reaffirmation papers, the loan is discharged.

Just because your stated intent is to reaffirm does not commit you to reaffirmation.

I thought this was the case... but I am in the "second guessing" of every part of this now and got a little freaked! Thanks for the quick response.
