Forclosure would this be fraud

Upon researching forclosure in our sub, I came across several in our sub,in our sales peoples names, these are the people who sold me my home. They signed contract to build at 99G, ( I paid 200g) then they refinanced 200g and walked away. Now I find they also had homes built in last sub they worked at. Both homes are in forclosure. So they made 100 G on each house cash. Sales people are paid good I thought. Of course they got laid off by our builder and moved on to other companies. This is only in our county, I wonder if they do this with every subdivision they sell in? They told us no investors were buying in here. Yeah we believed them, Then they walked away. I think this one is walking away from her current home in VA. I am following it.

i know in our sub none of the foreclosures are going anywhere??? we have some new houses and some that are 5-6 years old as well...but absolutely nothing is moving at all.

why...you think investors are buying up the houses???

The investor homes in here, have renters in them who move out every 3 or 4 mos. I finally talked to the homeowner assoc president who lives close to me, she said every investor home in here is in forclosure ( she gets served every time one goes into forclosure) and they still are collecting rent in them. We have 5 on our street. I have been looking to buy a 50G house and pay cash and investors are grabbing them up, But ours are sitting empty or renting to shortterm people. We have to get out of here soon.

interesting fg....we were extremely cautious when moving here...we checked over in davenport and i was seeing this lady out in what i thought was her driveway tanning...??? i'm like...this is quite odd to me...why isn't she out by her pool...

i loved the house..it was beautiful...however, i found out the city ordnance allowed weekly rentals....we ran....did not walk...ran the other way. we looked for areas that only allowed regular leases etc for a more stable type community....

Yeah Davenport is bad about that. Especially the Permanent really nice MH Parks on hwy 27. They cater to Disney visitors.

yes!! that is exactly were is was...and the house was beautiful!! but NO way did i want 52 different neighbors a year....where we did move, we all look out for each other it's really a nice community..

now...if i can JUST Get use to this terrible heat...(what ...98 degrees last week!)...and finding good places to find food...we'll be good to go! or STAY...LOL!!
