NOD mailed to me 9/4 but not recorded

I called the county recorder and there is no file of a NOD for my property as of today. I received a notice in the mail 9/4, stopped paying in July. By law do I have 90 days min from when NOD is filed with the county until sale date posting? (AZ BTW)

actually you can even try and fight it if you want...but your in AZ....land of unknown LANDS...

i would think if you can't find it anyway...the sale date then either it was postponed due to the bank mess ups or some other reason?

if you go to my counties web sit listing the houses going up for sheriff's sale there is a GREAT big posting NO FORECLOSURES for the MONTH OF OCT...interesting...

I'm in AZ, too. I was sent a NOD via my lawyer who passed it on to me since my BK case is still open. The NOD letter is recorded in my BK case public record but not on the county public record when I do a search via the county recorder.

In this state, I'm pretty sure you have 90 days from the "Notice of Trustee Sale notice. You have usually around 90-95 days from this notice to the actual "auction" date. That notice will definitely be recorded on the county web site. I have not received my NoTS notice yet since the Motion to Lift Automatic Stay hasn't been fully processed yet.

What will be interesting is to see how fast CitiMortgage will actually do the NoTS notice when the stay is lifted. I'm hoping they take their time, but who knows.
