Just saw tonight on the news Bank Of America will resume FC's in judicial FC states next Monday. They will file amended docs to cure the robo-signer problem. So, the main delay was only for 2 whole weeks. I figured it probably would be a short time, but not that short!

UPDATE 10/19: I went to court appearance with BofA. I, along with all other BofA FC's, were continued until June 2011...which sounds pretty amazing, until you know rest of story.
Judge then advised each defendant that they should watch their mail for any changes (meaning sooner dates) in the schedule. I expect the date for next hearing to be around Dec1 2010..
Confident; I do not know how long non-judicial state reviews will take...could only guess.Comment
