Last year I let it go to the escrow account with my mortgage. But not sure what to do now since I haven't paid my mortgage since June. I did go ahead and pay the sewer charge this year, although I let it go to escrow last year. Do I pay this $140.00 or let it go to the mortgage? My city comes up with these 'extra' things each year, but, hey folks - these are not taxes (Since we were promised there would not be 'new' taxes).

They always manage to come up with 'fees' or some other such name for their schemes for separating us from our money. I think I would let it go to the escrow account.
