Anyone Experienced Foreclosure with BofA in New Mexico

I'm new here. We file CH-7 in October 2009 and were discharged in Feb 2010. We're letting the house go, that was the whole reason for filing. We last paid in May 09 and still in the house. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with Foreclosure in NM. I thought they would have come after the house a long time ago. We're still living in the home for now.
