    Notice of Hearing

    My Chapter 7 was discharged in January 2010. My mortgage was included in Bankruptcy.

    I vacated the house in May 2010.

    I just received notice of a hearing, this is for summary judgment including a hearing to tax attorneys' fees and costs.

    Do I need to attend this? Is this a scare tactic or could I be responsible for Wells Fargo's attorney fees even though my mortgage was IIB?

    Any help is appreciated. Here is the information from the clerk of courts site:
