Hi all , I am posting these questions for a friend of mine (They live in Tx)
They received a certified letter from a attorney today. Its a notice of acceleration and notice of foreclosure. It says that their property will be sold to the highest bidder September 7.
I was wondering what will happen after this date ?... Also how long do people usually have before having to vacant the property after receiving this type of notice ?
I had read that normally this means the lender will be the highest bidder.. Is this correct ?
Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
