    Acceleration Warning received

I am freaking out because I received a letter of aceleration warning and intent for foreclosure. I have a Modified Loan Agreement that became in effect four months ago signed by the bank and us as well, they say now it is not valid because the escrow was not included and needs to be rework. In our agreement with them clearly states we agree to pay our own taxes which is exactly we have done for all these years.
The bank want me to pay a debt that was waived in the permanent modified loan, I am receiving calls and bills for the amount that was added to the modified principal balance which is correct. I am so scare because now the 32 days given to us will be in the end of august.
They also want me to send new documents for the Making Home Affordable program. I did send a copy of my modified Loan to them, they say they will give me information about within 5 to seven days. I have made an appt with The Golden Law Group but I don't know if that is the first step to get legal advise.
I told them hundreds of times that we don't need to start a new process to see if we qualify for a trial period. We have a legal binding agreement with them but they do not want to listen to me or to bind by it, they say pay or else and also they said my contract it is not valid, and they always give a lot of resons that don't even make sense. We are up to date with our payments and we have paid taxes/cdd, house insurance in a timely manner.
Please advice what to do. Thanks!
