weird stuff going on with foreclosed home

Not sure if I should be concerned here, I'm in the process of filing Ch 7 BK..Had a mortgage with Citi as well as a home equity line.

Home went into foreclosure beginning of 09 as well as we were sued by on the equity line and Citi was awarded a judgment (same bank but obviously they don't communicate)..

Received notice that the home was going out for Auction 11/09 we moved, a week later got a notice saying it was delayed..delays went on until April, one delay was for a potential 2nd party (I assumed it was the equity line from Citi)

Right before home went out for auction receive a notice from an insurance company claiming to have purchased our note for xx amount of $$ and demanding we pay the difference..Home went up for auction as planned, the locks etc were even changed on the doors the weekend before the sale.. I watched the sale happen online. (my $260,000 mortgage went for $77,000 and is listed for sale for $120,000)

I continue to receive statements from Citi on the equity line, I know part of the agreement was that they have a lien on the home and interest in any sale..

First thing we received about a month after this all happened was a refund from the Homeowners insurance..then a week later we received a notice that someone had made claim against the policy for theft..

Then this week we received a copy of an insurance policy on the home in our names, I am assuming from Citi on the equity line, again part of the agreement was that we kept the home insured..it says on the paperwork owner occupied..Now if we still owned the home I could understand this but its now bank owned (I think Fannie Mae is actually the official owner of it at this point)

All of this seems a little fishy to me..should I report this to someone or not worry about it since we are in the process of a ch 7 bk anyway?

To help us give you a better answer, what was the date of the BK filing, what was the date of the foreclosure sale, and in which state is this property?
