Anyone in Wisconsin with BoA? Foreclosure experience?

Just looking for your experiences! Trying to get a handle on this whole process.
We are in the beginning of the end They will start procedures for foreclosure on Aug. 5th.. trying to work on a mod. right now, but that seems to be a far-fetch.

We just received our summons yesterday. Our last house payment was in April. BofA waved their right a deficiency, so our redemption period is 6 months. We still have a 2nd mortgage with Citi financial of $15,000 we have to deal with. =( Not sure what's going to happen there. If we will have to file BK on it. They are unwilling to settle on it.

Lost a house in California with Bend Over America..Happening much faster out here, Bend Over America seems to be getting the hang of the whole foreclosure thing..Still, you probably have a long ways to go..

eventsdj...I think if I remember correctly that we both stopped payments on our homes about the same time (Aprilish) and we're both through BOA. I know you're a ch7 and I'm a ch13 (active). I still haven't heard anything so I "think" they're working on the Relief from Automatic Stay for me. Now the waiting game is starting to make me go nuts! I have a house that is lined up to rent but I don't know how much longer they'll be patient for me to get out of this one and move there. My luck I'll have to move around Christmas in snow or something like that! What's your current status?
