Notice of Intent to Accelerate

Got one of these yesterday. Actually got 2 sent, one to our house, one to our PO box. Says if we don't pay $33000 by Aug 4 they will accelerate their position to foreclosure, yada yada. We have not paid since Dec and they have added a bunch of crap fees.

Oh yeah we got our CH 7 discharge 3 wks ago!

How long have we got 'till they file a NOD, etc? We are in Northern California.

Stopped paying c. cards February 2009
Retained attorney 11/5/09 - $100k in C.Card debt - $120000 per year income - Filed Feb 2010 - 341 Apr 2010 - No Asset Case/Report of No Dist Apr 2010 - Discharged June 2010
Case went without a hitch! I HELD MY HEAD HIGH IN THAT COURTROOM AND NOW I AM MOVING ON!

They'll probably file it August 5th.
