The little bit I know:
Before a sale, the mortgage company has to advertise the upcoming sale in the paper for 4 full weeks prior to the sale date, and foreclosure sales happen on the first Tuesday of each month.Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
