Urgent help needed with Housing Counseling Session

I am under review for HAMP modification with WF since end of May, while my loan is marked for active foreclosure (I'm 7 month behind on my payments). WF is my servicer and Freddiemac is my invester. I am hoping that they will give me some affordable modification and i will be able to keep my house, even though it's under water by aprox. 75k. I've couple of questions:
