Leaving my house at lunch I saw 2 forms taped to my front gate. One is a "Notice of Breach and Default and of Election to cause sale of real property under deed of trust"
I am wondering if these are my "walking papers" and if so does anyone know about how much time i MAY have left in the house? i looked up the statutes, but i am horrible at reading statutes...
