    Please help !!

we filed bk in October 09--it finally discharged in April 10. Our home was in foreclosure status in October and was stayed. Now that we are discharged I was told by the reconveyance company that in our state WASHINGTON
because we exceeded the 120 days initially they will have to "do everything over again" ---am i understanding that this means they have to start with the 30 day notice and then the 90 day sale date??? This would help me to know how long we can stay here---thanks for any answers

Look at your original foreclosure papers and call the law firm that's handling this. Ask them your questions. They should be helpful.
