I've gotten conflicting info about what Chase includes in the trustee sale opening bid figure. On a property with taxes and hoa fees do they include any and all fees and charges as of the date of the sale / transfer ? Reason is that from April 7 I am liable for the HOA fees and I am trying to get a handle on whether they are in the total bid price.

Typical practice in a normal title company transfer in AZ all taxes and fees of any kind are normally paid in full as of the date of transfer and any outstanding fees like HOA dues are included. Otherwise the HOA can foreclose to get their dues paid. Thanks for your help.
