I'm being offered cash 4 keys when I vacate my house. My ch 7 case is ending any day now My question is will the trustee want this money?

As long as the case is closed, (not just rec'd your discharge), then you would be free to sell the house at will. If the case is still open you really can't convey the property yet unless the TT has abandoned the asset previously, which might be unusal in a typical no-asset case.
