It's finally happened that our home of 20 years is now officially in the hands of the lender, or in this case Fannie Mae.
I've been told by one of the reps that I contacted there (to get general info and not anything specific about our case) that they had a "cash for keys" program.
Just wondered if anyone here has any knowledge or experience with it.
Also wondered if the fact that we are mostly moved out will prevent us from getting any cash, though we still have much left on our former property.
