My 1st & 2nd mortgage loans were included in chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged in 1/09. My 1st lienholder is foreclosing with a notice of sale soon. If both my mortgages indicate Included in bankruptcy on all my credit files how/will the foreclosure appear? Or will it, since it was IIB? Just curious.
