notice of motion filed by WF in ILLINOIS

today i received this from WF/WACHO lawyers.

Notice of Motion

" On March 25, 2010, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, I shall appear before the hon. Judge dredd etc etc ....and shall then move the Court for the Entry of an Order of a Summary Judgement (If Applicable), Default, Judgement of Foreclosure and sale, And appointment of Sheriff or Foreclosure Sale Officer. "

My beef :the Summons i received last December stated that my Foreclosure Hearing will be on first week of May.

so, am i right to assume that my wifes FREE stay at our house will be shortened 2 months? I am not trying to keep my house but I do not want to be blindsided with an eviction notice.

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I wonder if the statement above allowed them to move it up or if that only applies for sheriffs sale?
