I think you safely have at least 4 months. You have the 45 days until they file. Then it looks like it is taking at least 60 days for the auction (more like 70) then they have to evict you after the auction, which is another 45 days at least. So if you pushed it to eviction you are looking at possibly 5/6 months.

Really! If that is true then thats great information Where do you get your information at, are you too going through the same process? I was just going off the timeline you posted. I want to ride it out as long as possible but just dont want to have a 2 day rush to move before eviction. I will have something set up for right before then.
Thanks for all you info you have been very helpful

Here is what I've been doing: Once the mortgage company filed the foreclosure lawsuit I put the attorneys name in as plaintiff and searched for the cases that attorney filed for the month before mine. Then I've been watching to see how long it is taking for those cases to get auction dates. The quickest I've seen is 58 days, the average is about 71. And that only counts the cases that have auction dates set - several aren't set yet and even if they got auction dates 21 days from now (earliest they could get if they haven't been in the paper yet) they'd be over 80 days. So, I'd guess that most are going to take at least 70 days from filing date.
For you, I suggest starting to check the court case website around April 22 (earliest dates they can file - 45 days from 3/8 NOD). Once they file, check and see what the average is for your attorney as far as days from filing to auction.
I was told that after the auction the auction company has to report the sale and then it takes around 30 days to ratify the sale. Once the sale is ratified they can evict you. They might just approach you for a move out date and skip the eviction process if you seem agreeable. That is what I've heard, anyway. So I am hoping for 30 days after the auction date to move out. Using your dates you'd be possible looking at an auction date around July 1st, if they filed around April 22 and it took about 70 days to get the auction date. This is all just guesswork though. Obviously you'll have to talk to your lender to see what they are saying about your particular foreclosure process.
