Question about mortgage statement...is forclosure right around the corner??

To summarize our situation, we were discharged in December with Chapter 7. We have not paid our mortgage since October (November was 1st skipped payment). We haven't heard a peep out of them (not that we expected to since the debt was discharged in BK). Yesterday in the mail I received the normal monthly statement from our mortgage company (Chase). It says the usual "for informational purposes only". I was reading the section where they list what escrow payments have been made. The very bottom one was a payment to an attorney for $200. Does this mean my NOD can be expected any day ? Or does it mean they just hired an attorney to send some legel mumbo jumbo about possibly starting foreclosure?

I am in Phoenix, Arizona and my mortgage is thru Chase. I figured with Chase and with being in an area highly effected my foreclosures I would have more than 3-4 months before a sale date is set.....

i wouldn't worry too much. I have been getting the same statements from BofA since my BK over a year ago. I've been in my house without payments for 16 months. I did get a 'notice to accelerate' late November. It stated that I could come current on my loan if I paid the over 20,000.00 in missed payments, they gave me three weeks to cure it.
Of course I couldn't do that so called them to ask what my timeline would be to leave, they couldn't give me an answer. Since then I received another one of those 'for informational' notices. Still haven't received a NOD so I'm staying till I have to ;)
