I see merit to this line of thought.
As I said in the other post, I may give this a shot.
Our FC just started before we filed CH7 in early December, and we just had our 341, so we cannot really proceed yet. Lender has nto filed to lift stay, either.
But if we get to the point when starting this makes sense we may do so.
JFS? When would that be for us?? 341 today, in 60 day club, one asset, expected to be discharged on time.
