    Pacer-scheduled/hearings and status

I checked pacer to see what was up with the hearing on the stay and it has nothing showing it was satisfied nor terminated. Why? It shows 341 satisfied. The hearing was on 11/25. Anyone have an idea?

Usually, for a hearing, you might see a Hearing Held (Bk) entry that indicates what happened at the hearing. (It's also known as a Pro Memo.) This is a document, so you can try to decipher and read it, but it will usually have notes on what happened at the hearing.

Usually, the Judge will order the prevailing party (the one who wins the contested matter) to write the Order and submit it to the Court. You are probably awaiting the Order to be written and submitted. This can take several weeks. (Some Districts require proposed Orders to be submitted with the motion to speed this process up.)

Where on Pacer would this entry be posted: on the docket?

I too have been trying to figure out how long it takes for the Relief from Stay hearing to be updated on Pacer.
