foreclosure under Chapter 7

Hello,
I got the discharge for BK CH7 in FL. yesterday, I surenderred two properties.
One is in the forclosure process that started on Feb-19th-09, the other one has not started yet. How long will take to finilize the forclosure on the first one, and how long will take for the other one knowing that I got the discharge.

No one knows and no one can give you a date. The timeline use to be about 180 days in Florida (from default to foreclosure sale). Now, it's anyone's guess!
