I received a "Notice of Intent to Foreclose" by certified mail asking me to payup with in 30 days ... is this the same as a "NOD"
I did get a notice (bill type) that said in small print notice of default a couple months ago but not certified..
I don't know if they are pursuing judicially or NON judicially ??
I would like an idea about were I am in the "timeline"
You know what I mean?
most people say wait until you are given the sale date then plan to move that month but others have said they waited and got a surprise 15-30day notice gasp!
