$37,000.00 back in the 1990's. Maintenance fee's are $287.15 a month and house payment is $400.00 a month. I'm already messed up with the chapter 13 and my husband who is dead since the year 2000 is name as a co-debtor.
Today I received in the mail from the bankruptcy court a letter stating that it has been ordered:
The motion is granted and the automatic stay imposed by section 362 of the bankruptcy code and the co-debtor stay imposed by section 1301 of the bankruptcy code are terminated with respect to movant, its successors and/or assigns.
the chapter 13 trustee shal discontinue payments to the movant on its claim under the chapter 13 plan filed by the debtor(s) Movant is directed to file a report of sale promptly (continued on next page
