What happens after notice of plan to accelerate? We got a letter the other day stating that we had until 11/18 to come current or they would move to accelerate. Is this the last letter we will get or should we get a NOD?
What happens now time wise? When should we move out?
They also sent us a letter asking us to fill out a form for their consumer counseling and we could possibly do a DIL. When dh called them to ask about it they told him we would then be responsible for the difference even though we are in BK and it would save him from having a foreclosure on his record...
