    Washington Foreclosure -- when do I move out?

    If the foreclosure auction date is set on Oct 23rd, when would you have to move out? Do you have some time after the auction date to move out? Will you get some notice asking you to vacate the property, etc.? I guess I'm just trying to see what other people's experiences are to see what one should expect. Thanks in advance!

    It's Washington State not Washington D.C.
