DJ, you're asking us to mind read without information. I assume you did not reaffirm your house and are discharged???? Then they must first sue you, (call your debt) and go through legal paper to evict you. I would say two months plus. but really, this is a guess without more info. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

Well, you moved out? Why the question about how long? For one thing, they could do nothing at all while the automatic stay is in effect. If you stop paying they can foreclose and ask the stay be lifted. You would have plenty of warning time though. I'm confused as to the reason you are concerned? Hi. I'm in CO too, I filed in Feb but I was already 1 yr past due on pymts.. they haven't even taken the property yet if that says anything. I would say you would've had til probably may 10'. I moved in Jan b/c I thought they were going to speed up the process after they pulled on the automatic stay but it actually took them longer.
