Hello, i have a question, i have a property which had a trustee sale of July 20th but trustee did not foreclose that day but instead put it up for auction the day after July 21st, is that illegal? Why would the trustee announce that the property was going on sale on a certain day but sold it one day after, by the way the property had equity. So i think there is a case here but not sure 100%.
