Discharge/foreclosure

Hey I filed on April 30, my creditor meeting was on 6/15 and discharge received 8/20. My condo was included in the bankruptcy. I have rec'd no documentation from the mortgage company regarding foreclosure action. I'm in Ohio. How long do you think I have before I get the boot out?

I am in a similar situation in that my bk should discharge soon. It would be great if you keep this thread open and keep us uptodate on your status.

Ohio here northern.
341 was yesterday. and we are not reaffirming a travel trailer so I wonder how they take that back and how soon.
I ddi find on the PCer site a free number to call to listen to what is going on on the case. said we were a no asset case adn the hearing was yesterday.

Have you tried to get them to modify your loan so that you can keep the home?
