I am riding through on my house (ch. 7 discharged in March). Do I need to pay the mandatory utility bills or not? All they do is put a lien on the house if I don't pay it. Do I need to worry about this?

If you are "riding through" that would mean you intend to keep the house. Along with that, you would want to pay the utility bills or they will shut you off. -
Well if you do not pay your utility bills, everything will be turned off. Once you can afford to pay your power bill (and others) again, you'll have to put down a deposit.Comment
