I have a question about Idaho deficiency judgements. Would this statement be correct regarding Idaho deficiency judgements?
"The amount that might be obtained from the borrower is either the difference between the fair market value of the property and the amount earned at the foreclosure sale or the difference between the amount owed on the loan and the amount earned at the foreclosure sale, whichever is less."
This is from the Idaho statue....
"The court may not render judgment for more than the amount by which the entire amount of indebtedness due at the time of sale exceeds the fair market value at that time,"
