My Attorney told me to list HOA as a unsecured creditors (with all the monies owed listed) as of date of filing. This date of filing is strategically scheduled right after condo auction...so any potential debts related to my ownership are included into the filing, and all other subsequent charges/HOA/liabilities get's forwarded to the new owner (Citi)2009-Jan: Retained Atty
2009-Oct: Filed Ch7
2009-Nov: 341 held
2010-Jan: Discharged on Pacer

Right. Anything after the date of your discharge and before the foreclosure's sheriff sale, you will most likely owe. So if your sheriff's sale is a month after your discharge date, you will owe a month. My guess is the bank will pay your past dues after the discharge date, but I have read in some instances they won't.
