What do you do about utilities?

I'm moving out next Friday and I'm not making the June payment on the house.

Do I turn off the electricity and water or just turn everything off and leave it active?

What else should I do as precautionary measure? I'm going to contact my lawyer as well but would like some first hand advice.

I turned off everything last month, but I did leave the electric on (only $5/mos) in the off chance I actually sell the dump. I am 2 months down now and I have tried everthing with the bank but they said I must have it listed for 3 months before they do anything. No hurrassing phone calls just a few letters.
