    Wow!

That is a huge mortgage. Where do you live Mission Viejo?

Jeeze, that's more than I bring home a month!

    Are ya single?

    :
    Just joshin!

You never know, sometimes the FC slip through the cracks. What day are you on past default?

Just keep checking the clerks office for a record every couple days and you should be able to stay on top of it.

Do you know who your investor is? Maybe you can do that "produce the note" dealy- bob that an attorney in FLorida is using to fight FC and get a free house!

    How cool would that be?

    One can only dream.

At least you have most likely 4.5 months x 4400.00, you should have a nice little nest egg to move with if you save it all.

I really was kidding about the "are you single" jab.

You might try Googling National City Mortgage and foreclosure. You might find other people in a similar situation posting about their experience. Also, if you check the TS notices in the legal notices and look for your lender you can find out who they use for their foreclosure services and find some info on them.

I found a lot of info on the lawyers my LL's lender used that way. I also contacted them and asked a bunch of questions, like how long does it usually take to foreclose, and they were very upfront, they informed me that they usally didn't start the TS noticing for a few weeks and they gave me good information. It is usally a CSR that you talk with, you are not talking with any attorneys, but they are very familiar with the timeline.

You don't have to tell them who you are You could even tell them you are a tenant in a home in FC and just wondering about the timeline, not give them any specifics which mortgage you are referring to. Wouldn't want to wake a sleeping dog as far as your NOD is concerned. Not that I am an advocate of lying, but what is one little fib if it helps you plan better.

Thanks for all the great info dingdong. i really do appreciate it. I will keep you posted on the outcome. If everything works as planned a year from now I will be in a Condo instead of renting.
          Thanks
