Will the home equity loan try to forclose on the property if they will not get anything? Do they forclose faster than the 1st?

You would think they wouldn't but they will, if mine foreclosed they wouldn't see a dime but they are prepared to do it. I think worse case for them is a huge write off for the debt."I'm old enough to know better, but too young to care"
