Anyone hear more about this? 
I was watching CNN on Monday and the ticker went by stating something about the feds passing the moratorium so they would be required to work with homeowners pending foreclosure (i.e. modifying mortgages, extending terms, etc.). Can this be something they've been talking about for some time.
My luck will be that they pass this just as we move out of our home!!
