One question I've never gotten a clear answer on (asked a number of people got a number of answers) is the impact of a Chapter 7 stay.
Assume they serve the Notice of Default, the 90 day clock starts running and on day 45 the case is filed. The hold goes in to effect.
When the stay ends (either because case is closed or because stay is lifted by court order) does the count start up again at day 46 or does it reset to zero ?
Same on the 21 day notice.
I do know once both clocks have run that they can sell at any time, but what if the stay goes in mid process ?
