In Florida, after being served for the LP, how do they notify you of pending sale date?

Depends on how long it takes to wind through the court system. My foreclosure case lasted a little over three years before we were able to agree on a modification. You have the right to mediation in Florida , but you must act quickly if you wish to save your home. If you do not wish to save the house, do nothing. You will be notified by the court.

Thanks for the reply. We probably are not going to try to save the house, just wondered if we will get served again when the sale date is set, or needed to keep abreast of the court records.
