A family member went through chapter 7 and got discharge in January 2015. Later in June 2015, he received a letter saying that the condominium has filed a claim of lien on his timeshare. There is a balance due and he doesn't want to pay it. What happens if he lets the timeshare go into foreclosure? Do nothing? I greatly appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you in advance.
