Foreclosure has dissapeared

I do not know what happened but my two foreclosures have disappeared from my credit report. I am now eligible for a new mortgage from any bank.

I did disclose them to my lender. He told me he could not find anything about a foreclosure on my credit report.

Hi thomegunn, I also have found that everything on my credit report has evaporated. No forclosure, no reposession, no debt to the credit card company. It looks like the only thing I owe is 55$ to a utility company, and my present student loan which I will be paying off.

I do not plan on getting a mortgage though. Or, using any kind of credit card ever again.

May I ask you how long this took?
