I am having my first consultation with a lawyer tomorrow about filing for Chapter 7. My question is, I have 2 vehicles, a 98 camry which is paid for (doesn't have much value due to high mileage), and an 04 accord, that I'm still paying on (valued at about $13000). I owe $7000 on the Accord. I am current on the payments and plan still making that monthly payment after filing for Chapter 7. Will I be able to keep both cars if I file for bankruptcy? Like I said, I plan on continuing to pay for the accord, and the camry is used by my fiance but is in my name. We are getting married next month if that will matter in my bankruptcy.

Can I keep 2 cars?

I kept two vehicles and was a chapter 7 no asset. I continued to pay on them both. I was almost done paying one off that is why I decided to reaffirm the vehicle.
If you have enough exemptions to cover the paid off car you should be OK. If you can afford to keep the second car they should let you without any problems.
