Can I keep a financed car under CH 7 in CA?
I only have 1 vehicle. It is financed. I owe $14,000 on the loan, but the car is only worth about $7000. Is there any way to keep the car under California law? Or will I have to give it up? I have no other property to exempt (no large ticket items of value or property).
